Since 2003, The Federal Way Knights have hosted the premier tournament in the Northwest, the Summer Knights Tournament! This year, as we celebrate our 20th year we are excited to present our first ever Summer Knights Classic! As we look to expand and accommodate more teams and more divisions, we are excited to see what 2024 and the coming years will bring!

SUMMER KNIGHTS CLASSIC - OFFICIAL ROSTER
All teams must submit a Summer Knights Official Roster prior to your first game (must be on our form – no exceptions) with all information filled in, including parent or legal guardian signature for each player (coaches cannot sign for players!) The form must include all players that will participate in the tournament for that week.
Inability to submit a completed roster prior to your first game will result in a forfeit. You can have more players listed on the roster than will be physically present at the first game; however, no player names can be added to a roster after submittal.
We require all teams to carry a copy of all birth certificates with them at all times, either digital or hard copy, and provide to the Site Director upon request. The Tournament Director reserves the right to declare the player(s) in question ineligible to play until the birth date can be validated. We appreciate your support!
SUMMER KNIGHTS CLASSIC - PITCHING LOG
All teams must maintain an accurate SUMMER KNIGHTS PITCHING LOG. The Pitching log must be available for viewing by tournament staff at all times - before, during, or after a game. Each team will record information for THEIR OWN team. After each game, the opposing team will attest the pitching records of the game just played by providing a Coach's signature of acceptance. Please note that there may be different inning limits by age, they are summarized at bottom of the log. (The pitching log is not required in the 8u division)
KNIGHTS OF COMPETITION
Don't forget to take advantage of our 8U-10U skills competition on Saturday afternoon! Download and complete your sign-up sheet to guarantee your player's spots. Golden Arm and Road Runner events take place after all Pool Play games end.
POOL PLAY & BRACKET SCHEDULE
Home and Away will be determined with a coin flip at the plate meeting prior to the game. The pool play schedule may list home or away but please ignore that. In bracket play, the better seed will be listed as Home team.
During pool play, game scores & results will be posted through TOURNEY MACHINE. Playoff brackets will be posted once pool play has concluded. There will be no phone calls, emails, or other communication for game updates, unless weather delays or rescheduling occurs. We will make every effort to post the brackets at each site location once they are established on Saturday afternoon.
